PAYMENT
• Exact cash only
• Drivers do NOT carry change
• Have your cash ready when the driver arrives
• No exact cash = order may be canceled

MEETING THE DRIVER
• Meet the driver at their vehicle
• Drivers don’t enter homes or buildings
• Apartments, hotels, or complexes must meet downstairs or outside

DELIVERY TIMES
• Deliveries go out every hour
• Time slots are on the hour: 5:00, 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, etc.
• Late replies may push your order to the next available slot

ID REQUIRED
• Valid California ID required
• ID must match the delivery address
• First-time customers may need to verify
• No ID = no delivery

STAY AVAILABLE
• Keep your phone on and nearby
• Missed calls or texts may cancel the order
• Quick replies = faster drop-off

NO CHANGES AT THE DOOR
• No swaps, add-ons, or changes at delivery
• Double-check your order before checkout

ORDER REFUSALS
• Refusing an order at delivery may lead to account restrictions
• Repeat issues may result in delivery suspension

TIPS (APPRECIATED ❤️)
• Tips are encouraged and go directly to your driver
• Tipping helps support our drivers — many are students or working toward their goals
• Tips are never required, but always appreciated

SAFETY & RESPECT
• Please be respectful to drivers
• Aggressive or unsafe behavior = instant cancel
• We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons

FAILED DELIVERY
A delivery may be marked failed if:
• We can’t reach you
• ID isn’t valid
• Payment isn’t ready
• You don’t meet the driver

Failed deliveries may include a restocking or redelivery fee.
